- Quality Control: We guarantee that you will select the finest products, and in the event that any product arrives (damaged, withered, or non-conforming), please inform us immediately upon receipt from the representative.
- Compensation: Once you send a picture showing the condition of the product via the approved communication channels, you will be compensated instantly either by (sending a fresh replacement immediately) or (refunding the value of the product to your wallet or account).
- Nature of the products: Due to the perishable nature of the products, they cannot be returned or exchanged in case of a "change of mind" after the representative has left, in order to ensure public health and safety standards.
Fourth: Orders, Prices, and Coupons
- Order Acceptance: The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, and we may request additional information to verify identity or address before acceptance.
- Pricing errors: If an incorrect price is provided for a product, we have the right to cancel the order even after confirmation, and we will refund the full amount paid to you.
- Purchase vouchers: Each voucher is for one-time use per customer. Creating multiple accounts for the same person to benefit from coupons is prohibited, and if this is proven, we reserve the right to cancel the accounts immediately.
